Trish Willetts

BID Director

Trish Willetts, BID Director, started at the BID in August 2016, when Coventry BID sat in Coventry City Council. Trish led the BID through reballot with an 81% majority in January 2018.

Trish is a Trustee for Highly Sprung Performance Company, which is a Coventry based dance and outdoor performance group; a Director for the Historic Coventry Trust (Trading) Limited; a judge for Britain in Bloom with the Royal Horticultural Society; Interim Chair of Coventry Pubwatch, and Chair of the Destination Management Partnership for the Visitor Experience.

She has a passion for the city and making a difference for Coventry.

Adrian Woolford

Assistant BID Manager

Having worked for the BID for over 10 years, Adrian oversees the Security and Marketing within the team, working closely with our partners.

A Coventry kid born and bred, Adrian is passionate about the city and enjoys photographing its landscapes and architecture.

Daniel Bennett

Public Safety and Events Lead

Dan is responsible for the delivery of all BID events and installations and works alongside partner agencies to create a safer city centre.

When not at work you can usually find Dan enjoying time with his family, working on his own projects with his business, or designing and firing professional firework displays.

Lyndsay Smith

Hospitality & Retail Sector Support Team Leader

Lyndsay joined the team in January 2021 and leads our team of Business Support Agents. Having begun her career in retail management she has since gone on to develop her skills in marketing and events management, most recently within a shopping centre environment.

Lyndsay is passionate about championing businesses, providing a helping hand in any area that support is required. In her spare time you’ll find her in the studio with her guitar or in the kitchen baking and decorating celebration cakes for friends and family.
